I grew up in the Middle East, Spain and Germany. The American International School in Israel influenced me the most and taught me openness and tolerance towards others. And the teachers encouraged us in a more individual and supportive way than I have ever experienced in any other school. This inner attitude shapes my coaching sessions today.
I am a business graduate (Univ.), psychological consultant, certified European Business Coach (ICF certified - International Coaching Federation), internationally certified mediator, Facilitator for Cultural Intelligence (CQ), SCRUM Master, Strength Coach according to Gallup® and Reiki 1st degree. Advanced training in Systemic Constellations, Crisis Intervention, Stress Reduction, Communication Psychology. And a 1-year training as clown :-)
For almost 20 years I have been working as a coach and facilitator mainly in leadership development. I have had over 9,000 participants in my workshops and coaching sessions, ranging from top management to directors, team leaders, junior managers and self-employed people. I was also a lecturer in communication psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover for several years. Before that, I worked internationally in corporations as a project manager, as a product manager with a budget of several millions, as a management consultant and as a team leader. In 2003, I decided to become self-employed and to be a self-determined entrepreneur. Today I am not only an executive coach but also co-founder and teacher of two coaching academies

"To me personally, obtaining your feedback as expert is worth gold dust. Especially as you have such an innate sense for people. You got to know all of us well, our likes/ dislikes/ pros/ cons/ challenges/ attitudes/ behavioural patterns etc and your feedback is targeted/ well aimed. Your coaching sessions taylored to individual’s need is again invaluable“ Nick, team member change team
"Your coaching has been a universally beneficial experience. People feel that you get them and understand them. Maybe that is just because you ask the right open questions and probe in a gentle yet fearless way to help them realise things which they had previously half known and half hidden. Without being prescriptive you give us a license and reason to try different things in different ways and grow as a result. Having an outsider who really understands us as individuals and as business people is great for bouncing ideas and aspirations for career development with.“ Bob, Team Leader Bank
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Anabel for four months, during which she presented a number of workshops dealing with topics such as presentation skills, persuasion and dealing with resistances. Above all, I was impressed with Anabels ability to make the workshops fun, relevant and practical. And, of course, her friendly and approachable manner means that she can easily be a mentor as well as a coach. I am glad to say that I have used a number of the materials you taught us in London, with my rollout teams, with very positive results.

"Your humorous and activating seminars are great - especially the great mixture of theory and exercises!!! Thanks for the wonderful workshop "Cultural Intelligence". It made me aware of the different approaches and cultures in our team!" - Amanda, Employee Bank
I played basketball for 30 years and have been playing squash for almost 25 years - It's fun to compete and test your own athletic limits. And it's fun to do your best together with the team.
When I have time off, I love to explore nature with my husband and dog, taking photos along the way (because that helps me be in the here and now!), or digging in my garden, sizzling something Asian or Spanish afterwards, and winding down the evenings with a sip of Rioja with my partner. I also like to coach outside during a walk.
What else you might want to know.
Born 1969 in Munich, grew up in Israel, Spain, Austria, Germany. After 24 years living in Hamburg, I now settled in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. In Hamburg I liked the cosmopolitanism, in North Rhine Westphalia the cordiality.
What else? Oh yes: Others also call me "Feedback-Queen" or "lively free spirit".
